Spring Fling 2026

The Jaguar Club of Austin Spring Fling delivered a full weekend of driving, social time, and Hill Country scenery in Fredericksburg from March 27 to 29, 2026.

The weekend opened Friday evening with a welcome reception at Fairfield Inn & Suites Fredericksburg. Members checked in, reconnected, and set the tone for a relaxed and social event. It gave everyone a chance to meet new faces and catch up before heading into a full day on Saturday.

Saturday morning started strong with a private Cars and Coffee at Street Dreams. The lineup brought together a wide range of Jaguars, from classic models to modern performance cars. It was a great setting to walk the rows, talk cars, and share stories. The private access made it feel like a true club event rather than a public meet.

From there, the group hit the road for a scenic drive through the Hill Country, heading toward Enchanted Rock State Natural Area. The route offered exactly what you want from a Jaguar drive. Smooth roads, rolling elevation, and wide open views. The cars stretched out naturally along the route, giving everyone space to enjoy the drive at their own pace.

Lunch was held at Arch Ray Winery, where the group regrouped for good food and a chance to relax. The setting worked well for a mid-day break, with plenty of space and a laid-back atmosphere.

The afternoon gave members flexibility. Some continued on a relaxed drive through Luckenbach, while others opted for wine tasting at A.J. Foyt Wine Collective. A third group stayed in town to explore shops and local spots around Fredericksburg. This split schedule let everyone shape the day to their own pace.

The day wrapped up with a group dinner at Friedhelm’s Bavarian Inn. It was a strong finish to the day, with good food and a full room of members sharing highlights from the drive.

Overall, the Spring Fling delivered exactly what the club set out to do. Strong turnout, great driving roads, and a mix of structured events and free time. The Hill Country setting continues to be a perfect backdrop for these gatherings.
