Registration / Check-In: 8:30 - 10:30 AM
O.V. Checks: 9:30 - 10:30 AM - After placement of judged vehicles
Vehicle Displays: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM or when the field is released
Museum & Tours Open: 11:00 AM
Rags Down: 11:30 AM
Lunch Break & Judges Meeting: 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM - Food available for purchase from on-site food truck for everyone
Concours Judging: 12:30 - 3:00 PM
Awards Presentation: Upon completion of scoring review
Reception & Cocktails: 6:30 PM - Location: Pappadeaux Restaurant
Concours Dinner: 7:00 PM - Location: Pappadeaux Restaurant
